It’s February 11, and Displacement has officially launched! Here’s the rundown!
Order Links!
US
Barnes and Noble
Prospective Press
[Amazon UPDATE: DO NOT BUY IF THE PRICE IS ABOVE US$25.95!]
Canada
Amazon [UPDATE: Shipping times are VERY LONG. Try ordering from a local bookstore first!]
Independent Bookstores!
But ALSO most independent bookstores should be able to order you a copy in, so be sure to give them a call or an email (or go in person) and ask!
My locals are The Norwich Bookstore and Still North Books, but there are over 2500 indie bookstores in the US alone! If you’re not acquainted with yours, go find one!
Libraries!
Many libraries will order in a book if enough people request it, and many even have online forms where you can request that they purchase a copy. If you’re in Boston, they have a little FAQ about how to suggest a purchase. In some places, like Toronto, you have to go in person and fill out a form, but if you can’t afford the price of a hardcover, you can always go request a copy everyone can read (of any book, not just mine!).
Goodreads!
You can add it to your TBR file (or leave a review~!!) right here!
Excerpts!
Here’s four little samples of Displacement you can try out!
Jacket Blurb and Content Notices!
Lastly, the jacket blurb, content notices, and more can all be found at the permanent (well, more-permanent-than-a-blogpost) home of Displacement on the site, richardfordburley.com/displacement!

Also, PLEASE send me your photos, book selfies, surprise that you saw it in a store—anything! I’d love to hear from you, either on facebook, twitter, or through the contact link for the site in the menu up top.
I might not get a lot quieter about this book for a little while, but eventually I’ll get back to normal posts, like how bad for your mental health it is to write, and how living with a cat is a Very Good Thing (aside from the minor blood loss). Thanks for coming along for the ride.
